About the role
PT AICORE Network Solution Indonesia (AINS) is looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Solution Sales professional to join our team in Jakarta. You will identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT solutions market, build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and help businesses discover the right IT solutions to improve their productivity and digital transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT solutions market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions
- Present company services, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients
- Promote Microsoft-based solutions, including Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and commercial presentations
- Coordinate with technical teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements
- Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in B2B sales, IT sales, solution sales, or business development is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into business opportunities
- Interest in IT solutions, cloud services, Microsoft technologies, or business automation
- Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to meet clients and attend business meetings as required
- Good English communication skills are an advantage
