IT Specialist (System Analyst) - Loyalty SystemJob Description
- Analyze and gather user requirements to prepare system documentation
- Design user journey, high level solution, data flow , activity diagrams , CDN config , eventlog and Key Corelang for myAIS App
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development and QA team
- Review and test API functionality which integrate between myAIS-Loyalty and legacy systems
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and oversee post-production validation
- participate in product training sessions and technical workshops to enhance product expertise
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product specifications meet customer expectations and project timelines
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 7 years of combined experience in System Analysis and Software Development
- In-depth understanding of Flutter Application , TMF structure and Kafka Topic design
- Expertise in user journey, high level solution, data flow , activity diagrams ,CDN config , eventlog and Key Corelang for myAIS App creation
- Proficient in preparing comprehensive documentation such as WI for operation, Kafka Topic Specification, and System Flow
- Experienced in using Postman, Swagger, and version control systems (Git)
- Skilled in database design and management, including MySQL, MongoDB, and MSSQL
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills bridging technical and business teams
- Experienced in team leadership and managing sub-projects
- Committed to enhancing system efficiency and continuously learning new technologies
