IT Specialist (Application)

Work Location: Changi North Way
Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Basic Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 (subject to experience)

Job Scope:

• Provide application support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Support WMS and B2B integrations and liaise with software vendors when required.
• Develop basic integrations, scripts or programs to convert customer data formats.
• Support system improvement, upgrades and enhancements.
• Conduct user training and provide guidance on assigned applications.
• Work closely with both technical and business teams.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in IT or relevant field.
• 1–3 years of relevant IT application support experience.
• Experience in WMS, contract logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage.
• Knowledge of WMS, Power Apps, PHP, macros, scripting or programming is preferred.
• Basic programming knowledge for system integration.
