IT SPECIALIST (APPSW)

You will have high level technical mastery over software development and/or data structures and science.

You will lead teams in environments with shared resources.

You will validate the need for proposed new systems through consultation with program officials in customer program organizations.

You will conduct preliminary analyses of business processes for which systems are being developed;

You will consult with customers to refine functional requirements and translates functional requirements into design specifications.
