IT Specialist (BAU)

You will play an important role in:

• Ensuring day-to-day smooth operations of the systems assigned. (eg. NAV, PDA, Network, Server, SAP, E-Invoice,E-Apply), Bookfair, Bookfest, Store Opening / Closures.

• Providing IT support for retail activities (eg.new/closed stores, stores renovation, promotion settings, etc.)

• Assisting in generating IT related equipment inventory listing at regular interval for business units to review.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution, root-cause analysis, and follow-up actions.

• Ensuring completeness of data synchronization between systems. (eg. HQ and outlets’ POS and store, PDA Express)

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:-

• A Diploma/Degree in Information Technology study, Computer Science or its equivalent

• Self-motivated with initiative and strong interpersonal & communication skills

• Working experience in similar industry/field will be an added asset
