IT Specialist

Salary: ₱24,000 – ₱26,000 per month

• Responsible for Network Management:
  >Configure, manage, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
  >Monitor network performance and ensure network security. >Troubleshoot network issues and outages, providing timely resolutions.

• Hardware Support:
  >Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  >Diagnose and resolve hardware failures, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Application Support:
  >Provide technical support for software applications, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. >Assist users with application-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

• On-Site Support:
  >Set up and configure workstations for new employees, including hardware, software, and network connectivity. >Assist in the setup and maintenance of conference rooms, including audio/visual equipment.
  >Provide on-site support for company events, ensuring all IT requirements are met.

• Technical Support

Qualifications

Must be 4 years college graduate
At least 5 years of experience in IT
Has good communication skills
Knowledgeable in written and verbal communication skills Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel), Network Management, Hardware Support, Technical Support, Asset Management, On-Site & Application Support
