IT Specialist

We're currently looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team at our Albania office.

What You Will Do:

• Manage users, permissions, and access rights across company applications and systems.
• Handle IT-related employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Provide technical support to employees, including on-site staff, remote users, and other offices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing cases, and assessing business impact.
• Manage virtual servers and Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Take responsibility for IT equipment at the CITY office, including purchasing, setup, maintenance, and inventory management.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware, components, and software.
• Apply and maintain required software packages and server services across PCs, laptops, and other IT systems.
• Provide administration and support for Google Workspace.
• Support the integration, configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of systems such as Monday.com, Freshdesk, Slack, and Make/Integromat.
• Maintain the reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization environments.
• Work closely with the IT Manager and other members of the IT team to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and timely resolution of support requests.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a similar technical support role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong service-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive approach.
• Good knowledge of computer systems, hardware, networking software, and networking protocols.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration and support.
• Experience with basic operations of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with Make/Integromat, Zapier, Monday.com, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn independently and adapt to new technologies and systems.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
