The Job
- Responsible for implementing and expanding WMS/TMS/OMS related systems.
- Assess and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for digitalization and automation.
- Design and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Microsoft 365, and Azure.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technology partners to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Support AI, AI Agent, and automation initiatives across logistics operations.
- Train users, prepare user guides, and provide system support when required.
- Monitor system performance and continuously improve digital solutions and business processes.
Your Skills and Experience
- Graduated in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related majors.
- 3-5 years of working experience in Digital Transformation, IT Projects, Automation, or Business Applications.
- Experience in WMS/TMS/OMS implementation.
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure, API, SQL, Java, NodeJS, or Python.
- Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain industry will be an advantage.
- Language: Mandarin Chinese (HSK 4/5 or above), English communication.
- Personality: Proactive, problem-solving mindset, teamwork, and project coordination skills.
