Summary
The IT Specialist sets up, manages, and troubleshoots the hotel's technology systems day to day — fixing hardware problems, updating system software, and monitoring network data and communications, plus maintaining multimedia equipment and peripherals. It's an on-site role with variable hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, since the hotel operates 24/7.
IT specialist will be in charge of setting up, managing and troubleshooting technology systems. Their duties include responding to hardware problems, updating systems software and tracking the data and communications used on the company’s network. Maintenance of multimedia equipment, peripherals, and other problems as they arise. Hours of work will vary including occasional evenings and weekends as we run 24 hours 365 days a year and problems may occur outside normal business hours.
