IT Specialist

Job Description: ClinActis is seeking an IT Security & Systems Administrator to transition from outsourced IT services to a dedicated in house model. The role ensures daily IT support, infrastructure management, and compliance with ClinActis’ Information Security Policy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide IT support for staff and remote users.

• Manage core IT infrastructure (devices, network, security tools).

• Maintain backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

• Implement security controls and support incident response.

• Coordinate IT projects and vendor support for specialized systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking.

• Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, and security frameworks (ISO 27001, PDPA).

• Good troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Salary Range: SGD 4,000 – 4,500 per month (commensurate with experience).
