General description
As a Requirements Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and evolution of our applications used in Global Air & Sea IT. You will work at the intersection of business and IT, ensuring that operational needs from Air & Sea are translated into clear, actionable system requirements that support reliable, scalable, and future-ready solutions.
Key tasks & responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine requirements
- Translate business needs into clear system specifications aligned with architectural guidelines
- Facilitate Workshops with stakeholders
- Review solution concepts and ensure alignment with business expectations
- Analyse cross-domain impacts and clarify implications early
- Conduct country-specific requirement analysis as part of pre-deployment assessments
- Support testing activities and providing input for integration testing
- Act as a reliable point of contact for development, test, deployment, and support teams
Profile and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 Years experience in International Air or Sea logistics operations or with proficient knowledge of Air or Sea Operations
- Proved ability to write clear, testable, and unambiguous functional and non-functional requirements
- Skilled analytical and structured thinking skills
- Good communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Professional, collaborative, and flexible working style
- Intercultural awareness and openness
- Experience in business analysis or certification such as CPRE are welcome, but not mandatory.
