IT Specialist

Salary: RM 2,000 – RM 2,500 per month

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Business Process Discovery:

Meet directly with departmental stakeholders to interview them, analyze their day-to-day business operations, and map out their manual or digital processes.

Workflow & Technical Documentation:

Create clear, comprehensive technical documentation; user workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Application Development:

Code, test, deploy, and maintain internal software programs, web applications, and database tools to streamline business workflows.

System & Network Administration:

Monitor, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN/WAN), wireless routing systems, and firewall configurations.

Hardware & Desktop Support:

Oversee the procurement, configuration, maintenance, and diagnostics of employee workstations, peripherals, and physical office IT equipment.

Security & Cloud Management:

Implement data backup protocols, cyber security controls, and user access management.

IT Project Lifecycle Management:

Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders to design custom software solutions while documenting technical specifications and network diagrams.
