Job Summary

ICT Cloud Infrastructure Operation Support

Job Description

- ICT Cloud Infrastructure Operation Support
- Operate and Maintenance ICT infrastructure including storage, server and hypervisor part.
- Operate and Maintenance Enterprise Cloud and Private Cloud Systems
- Operate and Maintenance Open Shift container platform
- Problem Solving (Corrective, Detective and Preventive) for supporting ICT infrastructure and Cloud Systems
- Implement New ICT Infrastructure

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.

- At least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure Support.

- Hands-on experience in Server, Storage, Virtualization, and Hypervisor platforms (VMware, vSphere, Hyper-V or equivalent).

- Experienced in Enterprise Cloud, Private Cloud, or Cloud Infrastructure Operations.

- Knowledge OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, or other Container Platforms.

- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration.

- Experienced in implementing or supporting infrastructure deployment and system upgrades.
