In this role, you will:
- Provide advanced Tier III technical support for enterprise systems, applications, end-user devices, and digital banking platforms.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues affecting employees and members, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Manage employee system and application access, ensuring secure provisioning, modifications, and deprovisioning in accordance with security standards.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve service delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff while helping drive continuous improvement across the department.
