Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Executive/Senior to manage and support the organisation's IT infrastructure, network security, end-user computing services, and digital workplace solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems while supporting business operations and driving technology initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with Headquarters (HQ) and regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & System Administration
Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related services.
Manage server operations, backup and recovery processes, patch management, and system health monitoring.
Perform vulnerability assessments, security remediation, and system hardening activities.
Manage BitLocker recovery processes and data protection measures.
Support server room infrastructure, rack equipment, and asset lifecycle management.
Ensure compliance with corporate IT standards, policies, and security requirements.
Network & Security Management
Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, VLANs, ACLs, and network security controls.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.
Conduct security assessments and implement corrective actions.
Assist in cybersecurity incident response, investigation, and remediation activities.
Support endpoint protection, Network Access Control (NAC), and cybersecurity initiatives.
Work with regional IT teams to strengthen infrastructure security and compliance posture.
IT Operations & End-User Support
Provide Level 2/3 technical support for infrastructure, systems, hardware, and software issues.
Manage incident, problem, and service request resolution.
Support software deployment, endpoint management, and patch compliance activities.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT administration tasks.
Ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.
Microsoft 365 & Digital Workplace
Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to improve operationalefficiency.
Manage SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and document management processes.
Support digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
Project & Vendor Management
Participate in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business application projects.
Evaluate technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and service providers to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, system diagrams, and project reports.
Support regional and global IT initiatives where required.
Manage IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
Compliance & Audit
Support IT audits, security reviews, and compliance assessments.
Ensure adherence to information security policies and corporate governance requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and controls.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and end-user support within a corporate or manufacturing environment.
Experience in Windows Server administration and enterprise network environments.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and business process automation solutions.
Experience managing firewalls, security controls, and vulnerability remediation activities.
Experience working with vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders.
