IT Specialist
Description
At LTM Group, our technology directly empowers our healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional in-home patient care. We are seeking a hands-on, user-focused IT Specialist to oversee and support our entire fleet of company devices—from the smartphones and tablets our field clinicians rely on at the bedside to the laptops and workstations used across our agency offices.
Reporting directly to the VP of Network Operations, you will be the backbone of our hardware operations, ensuring technology is deployed smoothly, kept secure, tracked meticulously, and supported with patience. If you enjoy day-to-day problem-solving, working with clinicians and administrative staff, and taking charge of larger rollout projects, we would love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Device & Asset Management: Maintain a complete, accurate inventory of all hardware (phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and peripherals); manage device lifecycles, warranties, assignments, and returns.
Mobile Device Management (MDM): Enroll, configure, and secure devices using IBM MaaS360, enforcing security policies, managing app deployments, and executing remote wipes/locks when necessary.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Set up, provision, and deploy ready-to-go hardware for new hires on day one; manage hardware recovery and account deactivations during offboarding.
Vendor & Carrier Management: Serve as the primary contact for vendors including Verizon, IBM MaaS360, and Google Workspace; manage orders, lines, billing inquiries, support tickets, and service reviews.
User Support: Provide friendly, tier-1/tier-2 support for hardware, software, connectivity, and account issues across in-person, phone, and remote channels for field clinicians and office staff.
Google Workspace Administration: Manage user accounts, organizational units, password resets, groups, and permission settings.
Project Execution & Travel: Lead and assist with agency-wide IT projects, such as fleet refreshes, system rollouts, and software migrations, traveling occasionally to other agency branches as needed.
Why Join LTM Group?

Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive compensation starting at $60,000/year alongside a full benefits package.
Collaborative Environment: Work closely with operational leadership while having autonomy over device strategy and hardware projects.
