Job Summary
Mosaic Technologies is growing, and we are looking to add an IT Specialist to our team in Cameron, WI. The IT Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's technology systems, end-user devices, Microsoft 365 environment, and network infrastructure. The successful candidate understands the importance of customer service, teamwork, security, and reliability. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in delivering dependable technology solutions while helping employees work efficiently and securely.
Essential Functions (including but not limited to)
- Provide technical support to employees in person, by phone, and remotely.
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets and technology requests.
- Configure and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and other technology equipment.
- Support Microsoft 365, user accounts, access permissions, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and equipment deployment.
- Support network, Wi-Fi, VPN, and business application performance.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and technology records.
- Provide support to customer IT and managed services teams as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Two or more years of help desk, desktop support, or systems administration experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications are a plus.
