Serves as a primary network administrator for one or more Local Area Networks, and as an IT specialist at a DCMA Special Programs Headquarters.

Diagnoses system failures to isolate the source of problems between equipment, systems software, and application programs.

Reviews proposed and new regulations, consulting with user representatives and providing technical and systems guidance and advice.
