This position serves as a IT Specialist (SYSADMIN/CUSTSPT), located in the Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of the Chief Information Officer, Cybersecurity Services Staff, National Classified Systems Directorate located in Washington, DC. The primary purpose of this position is to perform systems administration, information security, infrastructure operations, technical support, continuity planning that ensure the availability, integrity, and financial/budget support

The duties and responsibilities for a IT Specialist (SYSADMIN/CUSTSPT) GS-2210-12 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Maintains enterprise electronic information services, data repositories, electronic records systems, and information management tools. Provides technical and program management advice to leadership on litigation technology capabilities and mission requirements. Manages and maintain electronic data and information resources in accordance with established policies and requirements Coordinates with technical teams, customers, stakeholders, and leadership to resolve issues. Performs user account administration, system updates, routine maintenance, and system performance monitoring.
