IT SPECIALIST (SYSTEMS ANALYSIS/CUSTOMER SUPPORT)

You will serve as a IT SPECIALIST (SYSANALSIS/CUSTSPT) in the N6 C4I DEPARTMENT of CDR NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND.

You will analyze network information to measure performance and system utilization.

You will analyze network system logs to determine the root cause of a system failure.

You will configure network assets (e.g., servers, routers, switches, hubs, firewalls, peripherals, hardware, software, or similar assets) for reliable performance.

You will evaluate networks to verify continued reliability of networked systems.

You will analyze operating systems malfunctions to implement corrective actions.

You will diagnose issues with application software to implement solutions to problems.

You will Investigate existing information technology (IT) systems to identify potential issues.

You will resolve interface issues and challenges during the design, test, and evaluation phases.
