IT Specialist/Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Formatting PCs and installing Windows, Linux operating systems
   

2. Assembling and configuring hardware components, such as hard drives, printers, and network adapters, etc.
   

3. Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
   

4. Providing remote support for network administration tasks
   

5. Assisting in the deployment of new network equipment and software
   

6. Ensuring stable internet connection (interacting with providers)
   

7. Performing other technical tasks as needed
   

Requirements

1. At least 1 year of experience in a technical support position
   

2. Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
   

3. Experience with active directory
   

4. Familiarity with network concepts and protocols
   

5. Excellent communication skills
   

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
   

7. Problem-solving skills (no problem is unsolvable)
   

8. 2 nose hole availability is mandatory ;)
