On-site IT Specialist at HEDSouth in Hollywood, FL, owning the company's technology end to end: network design/deployment/support, Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams), endpoint management across Windows/macOS, and security/backup duties, plus first and last line of support for internal and client outages. Pays $80k-$90k/year, Mon-Fri.
HEDSouth is growing, and we’re looking for an IT Specialist to own the technology that keeps our office, field, and leadership teams running smoothly and securely.

Your Location:
- Our Office: 2010 Thomas St Hollywood, FL 33020
Your Schedule:
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!
- Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm
- Occasional after hours support for urgent outages

- Microsoft 365 Administration: Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams
- Security & Backup: Protect company and client data, maintain backups and recovery plans
- 5+ yrs of experience in IT, systems administration, or network administration
- Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Strong networking and endpoint management skills across Windows and macOS
- Able to explain technical issues in plain language to non-technical staff and clients
- Luxury or high net worth client experience (a plus!)
- $80k-$90k/year – Yup!
