Job Description
- Lead technical delivery for enterprise infrastructure and storage implementation projects.
- Act as the subject matter expert for storage, server, virtualization, and data protection technologies.
- Drive solution architecture design, technical reviews, and implementation strategies for customers.
- Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and technical escalation management.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers while promoting technical best practices.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to achieve project delivery, quality, and operational objectives.
- Deliver customer presentations, technical workshops, and partner enablement sessions.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in enterprise infrastructure design, implementation, and support.
- Strong expertise in x86 server architecture, SAN/NAS storage, virtualization platforms (VMware), and Linux/Windows environments.
- Experience leading infrastructure projects or managing technical teams.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery, backup solutions, data migration, and storage optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
- Industry certifications such as RHCE, HCIA, HCIP, HCIE, or equivalent would be advantageous.
- Exposure to OpenStack, Oracle databases, or enterprise cloud technologies is a plus.
