IT Supervisor - Client Service & Infrastructure (SI Projects)

Job Responsibilities:
Lead technical team to deliver deskside, server‑side and infrastructure support for internal users and clients (including servers and networking)
Oversee ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration) and drive improvements aligned with ITIL best practices
Manage operations including workload planning, ticket queues, SLAs, and IT device support
Lead incident response, implement preventive measures and apply effective risk management to ensure service continuity and minimize business impact
Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements and regulatory standards
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on infrastructure, security and application projects
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of IT client service/infrastructure experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
Strong technical knowledge of servers, networking, Active Directory and endpoint management
Strong analytical skills with ability to identify problems, track issues, and implement solutions
Hands‑on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, Lotus Notes, or equivalent)
ITIL certification preferred; PMP, CCNA, CCNP or equivalent qualifications are an advantage.
