IT Supervisor (Data Engineer/ETL & Analystics)
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and oversee analytics and engineering projects to ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics and engineering initiatives, from planning and execution to deployment and post-implementation support.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables while managing risks and resolving project issues.
Prepare and deliver presentations, technical documentation, project reports, and executive summaries.
Present advanced analytics solutions, dashboards, and other data products to business stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to team members.
Drive continuous improvement in project management, delivery processes, and team performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience supervising or coordinating technology projects and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and project closure.
Ability to manage project timelines, scope, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
Excellent presentation, documentation, and report-writing skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and present analytics or engineering deliverables to business and non-technical audiences.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
