IT Supervisor/ IT Support (Hardware)

Salary: RM 2,900 – RM 3,800 per month

Responsibilities:

- Manage system codes and update menu information in the system and general IT administrative tasks.

- Provide first-level support and troubleshoot PCs, notebooks, networks, printers and related peripherals.

- Perform maintenance and replacement of computer, laptop and Point of Sales (POS) hardware when required.

- Provide on-site and remote IT support; possess a valid driving licence and own vehicle for on-site support and travel when required.

Job Requirement:

* Minimum 1 year experience

* Candidate must possess at least a professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology

* Required language(s): English
