IT SUPERVISOR / PROGRAMMER
THE SEMINYAK BEACH RESORT & SPA
We are looking for a skilled IT Supervisor / Programmer to support our hotel IT operations, application development, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop Internal Application, website and database
* Maintain existing internal applications, websites, and databases.
* Support API integrations (PMS, HRIS, Booking Engine, and other hotel systems).
* Troubleshoot applications, servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
* Ensure system performance, security, and operational continuity.
Qualifications
* Minimum D3/S1 in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
* Proficient in PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter), JavaScript, and SQL.
* Familiar with REST APIs, databases, servers, and networking.
* Hotel IT system experience is an advantage.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
