IT Supervisor

About the role

Supervise daily IT operations and ensure all hotel systems and infrastructure run smoothly. Monitor and maintain hardware, software, network, Wi-Fi, and other IT facilities. Provide technical support to hotel departments and troubleshoot IT issues. Manage IT assets, systems, and vendor coordination. Ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with IT procedures. Lead and support the IT team in daily operations and projects.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

• Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is a must

• Good knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure

• Familiar with hotel systems/PMS and other hospitality technology is an advantage

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Good command of English
