IT Supervisor (SAP Cloud Specialist)
Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱55,000 per month
The IT Supervisor – SAP Cloud Specialist is responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the company’s SAP Cloud environment and related business applications. The role will oversee SAP Cloud operations, system integrations, user support, security, and performance while ensuring that SAP solutions effectively support business and operational requirements.
The position will work closely with internal stakeholders, business users, IT teams, and external SAP service providers to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and continuous improvement of SAP processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SAP Cloud Management
Manage and monitor the company’s SAP Cloud environment, applications, and related services.
Ensure the availability, performance, security, and reliability of SAP Cloud systems.
Coordinate with SAP partners and third-party vendors for technical support, maintenance, and system issues.
Monitor system performance and resolve or escalate technical issues as necessary.
Assist in SAP Cloud implementation, migration, upgrades, enhancements, and system optimization.
System Integration & Technical Support
Support integrations between SAP and other business applications, systems, and platforms.
Troubleshoot system errors, integration issues, and application-related concerns.
Coordinate with developers and technical teams to investigate and resolve complex system issues.
Assist in maintaining interfaces, APIs, data flows, and system connectivity.
Ensure proper documentation of system configurations, integrations, procedures, and technical solutions.
IT Operations & User Support
Provide technical support and guidance to SAP users and business process owners.
Manage and monitor user access, roles, and permissions in accordance with company policies.
Assist in incident, problem, and change management related to SAP applications.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements and new functionalities.
Develop or coordinate user training and technical documentation when required.
Security & Compliance
Ensure SAP Cloud systems comply with company IT security policies and applicable standards.
Monitor access controls and coordinate periodic review of user roles and permissions.
Support data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements.
Identify potential system vulnerabilities and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
Team Supervision
Supervise and provide technical guidance to IT personnel supporting SAP and related applications.
Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely resolution of IT concerns.
Coordinate with other IT teams, including infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, applications, and helpdesk teams.
Participate in IT projects and provide technical recommendations to management.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve SAP processes, system functionality, and IT operations.
Evaluate new SAP Cloud features and technologies that may benefit the organization.
Recommend system enhancements based on business requirements and operational needs.
Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in SAP support, SAP Cloud, enterprise applications, or related IT functions.
Experience in a supervisory or team-lead capacity is preferred.
Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud solutions, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, or related SAP technologies is an advantage.
Knowledge of SAP system integration, APIs, middleware, and cloud technologies.
Experience in troubleshooting enterprise applications and coordinating with external IT vendors.
Knowledge of IT security, user access management, and system administration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
