IT Supervisor Tapestry

You will plan, prioritize, assign, and review staff work. You will analyze business requirements, recommend system solutions, maintain policies and procedures, develop personnel, provide technical direction, manage project timelines, and ensure quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, assign, and review staff work
• Analyze business requirements and recommend system solutions
• Develop and monitor policies and procedures
• Recommend changes to standards and procedures
• Select, train, motivate, and evaluate IT personnel
• Ensure project resources meet timelines and escalate when appropriate
• Provide technical leadership and direction
• Ensure quality and timeliness of work

Requirements

• 3 years of full-time or equivalent experience as a manager, supervisor, or project lead in an IT environment
• At least 2 years of experience in a health care information systems environment
