Adelaide SA | September Start | Contract through to December | $36/hr (Inclusive of Super)

Join a large national utilities organisation delivering a major end user technology rollout across South Australia.

We're looking for multiple IT Support Admins to join a busy deployment team, helping roll out new laptops, mobile phones and tablets while providing outstanding onsite support to end users.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working directly with people, solving technical issues and being part of a large project with visible outcomes.

What's on offer?

• September start
• Contract through to the end of December
• $36 per hour (inclusive of super)
• Full time hours, Monday to Friday
• Work on a large national technology rollout
• Some travel throughout South Australia
• Immediate interviews - onboarding starts this week

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure laptops, mobile phones and tablets
• Provide face-to-face IT support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Log and manage support tickets
• Maintain accurate device and asset records
• Support printers, meeting room technology and workplace IT equipment
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the rollout

About you

• Previous experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Deskside Support, EUC Support or Service Desk
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable troubleshooting Windows devices and common IT issues
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within South Australia
