IT Support Admin (EUC Device Rollout) - Brisbane

Salary: $36/hr inclsuive of super

We're recruiting multiple IT Support Admins to support a major technology rollout for a large national utilities organisation across SE Queensland.

You'll be responsible for deploying new devices, providing onsite technical support and ensuring end users have a smooth transition throughout the rollout.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative project team and gain experience on a large national deployment.

What's on offer?
• September start
• Contract through to the end of December
• $36 per hour (inclusive of super)
• Full time hours, Monday to Friday
• Opportunity to work on a major national project
• Some travel throughout Queensland
• Immediate interviews - onboarding starts this week

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure laptops, mobile phones and tablets
• Provide onsite IT support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Manage support tickets and asset records
• Support workplace technology including printers and meeting rooms
• Deliver excellent customer service

About you
• Previous experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Deskside Support, EUC Support or Service Desk
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Experience supporting Windows environments
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within Queensland
