IT Support Analist

Promote support to key users and / or the end user;

Promote training to users and also to the team when necessary;

Support for IT and other applications;

IT infrastructure support;

Incident support activities;

Change management support;

Activity of installation, movement, delivery, change and disposal of equipment.

Support based on Aumovio IT principles, standards, processes and tools;

Contact with third parties and / or suppliers for maintenance of IT assets / services;

Perform technical processes based on global guidelines for maintaining systems and equipment.

Act in accordance with Information Security policies

Background in IT Formation or correlated Areas
