IT Support Analyst

You will provide Level 1/2 technical support across a busy, multi-site environment, supporting users across desktop, Microsoft, network, hardware, software and AV technologies. • Manage Service Desk tickets from initial contact through to resolution or escalation, ensuring agreed SLAs are maintained
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Azure environments
  • Build, configure, install and troubleshoot laptops, desktops and associated IT equipment
  • Support Windows desktop environments and assist with general server and VMware administration
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and network issues within a predominantly Cisco environment
  • Identify recurring technical issues and investigate underlying causes rather than simply resolving individual tickets
  • Coordinate AV troubleshooting, repairs and installations with external vendors
  • Support user onboarding, including equipment setup, access and IT inductions
  • Maintain IT asset registers, system documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers and vendors to coordinate technical support and issue resolution
  • Conduct site visits as required to provide hands-on support across multiple locations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across Service Desk processes and the overall user experience
