IT Support Analyst
You will be the first point of contact for employee IT needs, keeping global teams productive by delivering exceptional support across hardware, software, identity, and collaboration tools. You will troubleshoot issues, manage user provisioning and device lifecycles, support office technology onsite, document IT procedures, coordinate vendors and licensing, and continuously improve IT processes to create a seamless technology experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive Level 1-2 technical support for software, hardware, connectivity, and access issues
- Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and access management
- Oversee endpoint deployment, asset tracking, device reallocation, and hardware lifecycle management
- Provision, maintain, and support collaboration tools including Zoom Rooms, Slack, and Microsoft 365
- Provide onsite support for office technology and meeting room infrastructure
- Create and document IT procedures, user administration guidelines, and security best practices
- Coordinate hardware procurement, software licensing, and vendor relationships
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows and improve service quality
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT Support or a related IT Operations role, focused on Level 1-2 service desk support
- Experience supporting employee onboarding and offboarding through identity and access management processes
- Working knowledge of Okta and endpoint management platforms such as Kandji, Intune, or similar MDM solutions
- Hands-on administration and troubleshooting experience with Microsoft 365
- Proficiency supporting collaboration and productivity tools including Slack, Zoom, Notion, macOS, and Windows
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Comfortable working onsite at least three days per week
