Love IT? This probably isn't your typical support job. We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for technology to join our internal IT team.

You might already be a capable Level 2 engineer looking for broader exposure and more responsibility. You might be working in Level 1 and ready for the next step. Or you might have never worked professionally in IT before, but you've spent years building PCs, running servers, experimenting with networks, electronics, Linux, automation or other technology simply because you enjoy it. We're interested in all of the above.

If you're talented but looking at this thinking, you're not quite ready, don't talk yourself out of applying. And if you're already an experienced Level 2, don't assume this is an entry-level role. We'll shape the responsibilities and salary around the capability you already bring.

What you'll be doing

You'll help support around 80 users across three sites, from warehouse and manufacturing staff through to our executive team. The work is varied. One minute you might be figuring out why someone can't print. The next you could be diagnosing a network issue, working with server infrastructure, supporting our ERP environment or helping with an infrastructure upgrade.

Our environment is predominantly on-premises, so you'll get to see and understand the infrastructure behind the business rather than only supporting applications sitting somewhere in the cloud.
