IT support assistant(Part-time)
About the role
Provide on-site IT support services for the Singapore office. This role focuses on office-based execution tasks, with complex technical issues and support provided remotely by the China headquarters IT expert team.
Key responsibilities
Provide on-site IT support services for the Singapore office
Manage distribution, collection, repair reporting, and basic configuration of employee IT equipment including computers, monitors, and mobile phones
Assist new employees with office equipment preparation, software installation, and IT support and training for onboarding and offboarding
Assist with common desktop operations, hardware and software issues, and network problems in coordination with the headquarters IT team for troubleshooting
Conduct daily checks and basic maintenance of meeting rooms and printers, and provide meeting support
Assist with IT asset inventory, label management, asset record maintenance, and manage local IT warehouse
Execute on-site operational tasks under guidance from the headquarters IT team, such as equipment replacement, network device restart, and logistics shipping
Assist with liaising with local suppliers and courier services as needed
Complete other daily office IT support-related work
About you
Currently enrolled university student, postgraduate student, or other part-time personnel
Able to work fixed 1-2 days per week at the office or as operationally required
Strong English and local language communication ability
Familiar with Windows and Microsoft 365 and other common office software
Basic computer and office equipment usage and troubleshooting ability
Conscientious and responsible work attitude with good service awareness and communication skills
Able to independently complete on-site support work
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field background (preferred)
Chinese language ability (preferred)
Relevant experience in Helpdesk, IT Support, or Desktop Support (preferred)
Familiarity with MacBook and Windows endpoint device management (preferred)
Enterprise IT support or campus IT service experience (preferred)
