IT Support & Business Systems Officer responsible for day-to-day management, support, security, and improvement of the company's IT environment and core business systems including ABM ERP, Opmetrix, Microsoft 365, and Shopify.

Role Purpose The IT Support & Business Systems Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day management, support, security and continuous improvement of Rossan's IT environment and core business systems. 2. Core Systems Under Responsibility ABM ERP - Rossan's core operational and enterprise resource planning system. Opmetrix - sales/POS system used by the sales team.
