IT Support
Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining Internet/Wifi and Network servers or infrastructure
Troubleshooting and monitoring of network hardware and software
Assist and coordinate the installation of new or modified hardware, software, or programming modules of telecommunications systems.
Work closely with the internal team on PCI DSS and HIPAA compliance.
Ensure proper protocols and processes are documented and updated, to support security requirements and operational support of systems.
Ensure that security tools, policies, and procedures are updated and implemented.
Log support requests in a helpdesk system and document steps used to fix problems
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Preferably with knowledge of server and network communications equipment and protocols (Transmission Control Protocol/ Internet Protocol)
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course
With knowledge of basic network structure (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
Ability to effectively organize tasks, manage multiple priorities/details, meet schedules, and deliver on customer commitments.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
