IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

· Experience with Desktop/Laptop,Mobile & Tablet Troubleshooting

· Basic Windows ServerKnowledge (AD/DHCP/DNS etc)

· Basic Network /Troubleshooting knowledge (LAN, Wireless)

· Oversee computersecurity and anti-virus updates etc.

· Need to provide weeklyreport to external stakeholder (E.g. Excel Report)

· Liaise with externalstakeholders and vendors.

· Provide onsite andremote IT Support for Customers

· Hands on experience withremote support software’s such as LogMeIn & TeamViewer / Windows RDP

· Logging all IT problemsand resolutions

· Inducting new staff on supportedIT systems

· Keep inventory ofhardware and maintenance records

Requirements:

· Diploma or Certificatein IT/Computer Engineering with 3-5 years of working experience in
technical support

· Experience in basicnetworking support

· Experience in using andsupporting OS platforms such as Windows 7/8/10/11 and MS Office applications

· Experience in supportingmobile, tablet device such IOS, Android

· Experience in VVIPsupport with good communication skill to support senior management

· Resourceful, goodworking attitude, takes initiative

· Good communication andadministrative skills

· MUST have positiveworking attitude.
