IT Support Engineer - 2nd Line

Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
• Good working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
• Exposure to virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with backup solutions and basic disaster recovery processes.
• Experience working with Azure and/or AWS is desirable.
• Previous experience in a 1st and 2nd Line IT Support role; MSP experience is desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced support environment.
