IT Support Engineer

Role Summary:

Maintain and develop in-house systems built on NestJS + React (TypeScript) + MSSQL, and provide IT support. Experience integrating HR/time & attendance/payroll/access-control systems is a plus.

Requirements:

• Computer Science or Information Technology degree

• Intermediate Node.js/TypeScript coding experience (NestJS, React preferred)

• Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) experience - multi-database environments

• Experience on Microsoft Servers and Active Directory

• Network knowledge (CCNA preferred)

• Knowledge in virtualization, especially Hyper-V

• Help desk experience at least 2 years

• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
