IT Support Engineer (AV Industry)

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in a 1st or 2nd line support role, or similar
• Experience with Azure AD and Entra ID
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services
• Ability to commute to Hemel Hempstead

Responsibilities:

• Support end users with 1st and 2nd line tickets
• Escalate issues to the Senior Engineer when required
• Work on project activity including migrations and cyber security initiatives
• Carry out Microsoft 365 administration tasks
