IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join Contfinity’s growing team. In this role, you will provide timely technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft365 and network issues, and help maintain reliable and secure IT environments for our clients. Key Responsibilities

· Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support toclients through phone, email, remote assistance and onsite visits.

· Log, manage and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service-level timelines, escalating complex issues when necessary.

· Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, business applications and other IT peripherals.

· Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and access permissions.

· Support and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers, DNS and DHCP connectivity.

· Deploy and maintain endpoint security, backup, patching and monitoring solutions in line with internal and client security requirements.

· Set up and decommission user accounts and equipment for employee onboarding and offboarding.

· Maintain accurate hardware, software, licensing and asset inventory records.

· Coordinate with vendors and internal teams, provide users with timely progress updates, and follow issues through to closure.

· Prepare technical documentation, support reports, checklists and standard operating procedures.

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, ComputerScience, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.

· At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in ITsupport, desktop support, system administration or a similar client-facingrole; capable fresh graduates may also be considered.

· Hands-on knowledge of Windows desktops, Microsoft 365administration, user-account management and common business applications.

· Familiarity with endpoint protection, backup, patchmanagement and basic cybersecurity practices.

· Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple support requests.

· Customer-focused, responsible and able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.

· Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced service environment.

· Travelling to client sites within Singapore when required.

· May be required to work on weekends when faults occur.
