- Shift: Rotational
- Shift Timings: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM; 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM; 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Support trading platforms like Money Maker (Saral), Greek, and XTS.
- Troubleshoot trading applications and exchange connectivity.
- Handle hardware, networking, and IT support.
- Manage Windows OS, Active Directory, and IT assets.
- Maintain support tickets and reports.
Required Skills
- Experience in IT or Trading Application Support.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and networking.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
