IT Support Engineer (Fully Remote / Microsoft 365 Admin Centre)

Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 6,000 per month

• Fully remote setting (Based at KL)

• Permanent Hiring

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 (L1) / Level 2 (L2) IT support for end users.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.

• Support Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and end-user devices.

• Perform user account administration and basic support within Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets through Active Directory and cloud platform.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates.

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with users and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or End User Computing (EUC) support.

• Possess an ITIL Foundation Certification

• Strong Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Windows 10/11, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN

• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows PCs, laptops, printers, and common office applications.

• Experience supporting cloud-based environments is an advantage

• In depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
