IT Support Engineer #IDO
Responsibilities
- End user desktop and laptop support
- Hardware/software troubleshooting & break fix
- Account, access, onboarding and offboarding and peripheral set up
- Ticket logging and basic IT documentation
- Escalate to L2/L3 teams when needed
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
