Basic Salary: $4000 - $5000
Responsibilities:
Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems and environments.
Administer and support Windows/Linux servers, storage, backup, and related systems.
Monitor system performance and network connectivity, identifying potential issues promptly.
Support VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, RDS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and implement timely solutions or escalate when required.
Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system changes, testing, and deployment activities.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, maintenance activities, procedures, and system documentation.
Identify recurring issues and support improvements to infrastructure processes, performance, and service quality.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in IT infrastructure support, operations, or system administration.
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, networking, and backup systems.
Familiar with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, VMware/Hyper-V, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
