IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a Junior IT Technical Support Engineer with some experience in IT support, helpdesk, service desk, or application support.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of at least one of the following:

• Azure, Entra ID / Active Directory
• Intune or device management
• Exchange Online, Outlook, or Teams
• Windows Server, Linux, or virtual machines
• SQL, Power BI, or Power Platform
• Networking basics
• PowerShell

• At least 0,5-1 year of IT support experience
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience working with tickets or incidents
• English at B2 level or above
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
