IT Support Engineer
About the Role
Market Securities is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our growing global IT team. Based in our Madrid office, you will provide day-to-day IT support for local users while working closely with colleagues across our international offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for hardware, software and Microsoft 365.
- Configure and support Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
- Enrol and manage devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Troubleshoot printers, meeting room equipment and network connectivity issues.
- Log and resolve incidents using the IT Service Desk platform.
- Assist with IT projects and office technology deployments.
Requirements
- 2–3 years' experience in IT Support.
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Basic experience with Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
